With her exhibition “OASIS HIETZING (Oase Hietzing)” the painter and conservationist Alexandra Uccusic wants to spread encouragement to make use of the significant potential of the “garden disctrict” of Hietzing in order to transform it into a real and trendsetting “green oasis”. Such a vision of a life in harmony with nature becomes tangible through the inspiration flowing from the artist’s jungle pictures and the encounters with the animals populating her art.
